I lost my Facebook page😭

So I haven't responded

I mysteriously lost access to my admin controls with Facebook's latest update about a month ago now. I know I had messages in my inbox at the time. Im so sorry, but I can't see any messages or make any posts on my page. I have filed a grievance with Facebook, but haven't gotten my permissions back yet.
